Noutis End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and Veriteble ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Noutis mobile application ("App" or "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using Noutis, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App. This EULA supplements the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the general Terms of Service, this EULA shall govern your use of Noutis.

1. License Grant and Commercial Use

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license permits both personal and commercial use of the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you. You may freely use Noutis to manage internal business tasks, professional projects, and commercial workflows.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App itself (using the App to support your own business or commercial activities is permitted).
Copy, modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any our notice of copyright or trademark) or our affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.

3. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Certain features of Noutis (such as Calendar View, Folders, Due Dates and others listedon the Subscription page) are available under a Premium subscription or one-time purchase. By selecting a Premium tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google according to their terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive our propertys.

5. User Content and Data

Noutis allows you to create notes, checklists, and manage tasks. All such content created by you remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your data. For information on how data is handled and synced, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the App.
